Randy St. Louis

Randy specializes in membership growth and retention with 20 years of experience helping not for profit organizations of varying sizes improve member engagement.    

Spending 13 years as the Director of Membership at CAA North & East Ontario, Randy was integral in leading all aspects of the membership value proposition resulting in significant annual growth.  A leader by example, Randy embraces the value of building a strong team and is a focused mentor adept at empowering others to perform at the highest level.   

Since 2018 Randy has focused his experience toward the healthcare sector.  He currently supports the Occupational Therapy industry across Canada as the Senior Manager of Membership & Business Development with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.   

Randy resides in rural Ottawa with his wife Terri.
