Jennifer Gordon, BCom, MEd, CAE, CPC(HC)

Jennifer Gordon is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in adult education, organizational change, and professional services. She is passionate about lifelong learning, professional development, and providing exceptional client and employee experiences.

Jennifer has strong business, consulting, and adult learning skills. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Hons) from Queen’s and a Master in Education (MEd) from the University of Ottawa. She also holds the designations of Certified Association Executive and Certified Professional in Continuing Professional Development (Healthcare).

Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked in complex, service-oriented organizations and has collaborated with teams to set strategy, develop talent, and design and deliver a variety of educational programs (in-person, digital, blended) to meet learner needs.
