Bushra Rahman

Bushra is a Senior Project Officer with Families Canada. In her role she manages projects related to parenting and increasing vaccine confidence among marginalized communities, and supports Families Canada’s knowledge dissemination efforts. 

Bushra holds a Master of Global Affairs from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies specializing in International Development from the University of Waterloo. She has previously worked in the non-profit sector both internationally and locally, focusing on human rights and development issues with a primary focus on refugee and women’s rights.
