Rebecca Balcerzak

Rebecca Balcerzak is the Director of Operations at Families Canada, where she oversees the design, development and implementation of projects and programs as well as the organization’s administration, finances, and staff. Rebecca is also the lead on Families Canada’s financial literacy initiative.  

Rebecca brings to the table 8 years of project management experience in the charitable sector. Her work is shaped by her volunteer experiences focused on helping families and children. Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor in Political Science from Carleton University. Rebecca spends her free time reading with a cup of tea and a bar of chocolate close by.
