Overview
Healthy human development depends on the young child’s ability to learn from their successes but also, and perhaps more importantly, from their own mistakes. Adults play a very special role in helping children understand their limits and in supporting them to safely get out of their comfort zone.
In this 90min webinar, participants will learn what the disciplines of neuroscience and psychology have to say about the impact of positive and negative feedback on the developing child. Participants will also learn strategies to deliver constructive criticism to young children and to enable them to reach their optimal potential.
