Emily Kenny

Emily is a Project Officer with Families Canada. After completing her summer internship, she was happy to join the Families Canada team. Prior to working for Families Canada, Emily worked as a registered early childhood educator and childcare supervisor for 7 years before returning to school to complete her Bachelors in Early Learning and Community Development. 

In her current role she manages projects related, but not limited to, Early childhood development and community development. Emily enjoys making a difference in her community through advocating for diversity and inclusion in all sectors. She is constantly learning and looking for new projects to take on. In her spare time, she enjoys long hikes with her dog and golfing with her fiancée.
