As service providers, many leaders promote good healthy habits and choices for those they lead and serve, but do leaders practice their OWN self-care often enough in order to sustain themselves? Join leadership expert, Marnee Bruno to explore what she promotes as the essential elements of good self-care and learn practical tools and tips and ideas on how to (re) commit to your own “Next Level” care. Participants will have the opportunity to network and exchange with other leaders in the family support field.
